ROLES
Production Manager
As Production Manager I oversee the quality and delivery of the production. This has involved creating technical riders for shows, coordinating with venues on requirements and carrying out risk assessments. This role requires me to be able to balance the big picture and detail work, ensuring all priorities are managed. It also means doing all the parts nobody else can/will, so I am very good at getting stuck in to help practically, as well as performing the role from distance. I have managed budgets as a Production Manager, working with all departments to keep the show spend on track. I have a Health and Safety certification from Safety Pass Alliance and am First Aid trained.

Stage Manager
As Stage Manager I coordinate between the creative teams to practically deliver the production. I have previously created rehearsal schedules, managed time sheets, run production meetings and overseen company welfare. This requires me to have good time management and negotiation skills, as well as being approachable for any member of the production. I have also run rehearsals and mentored work experience students in this role. I have completed a training course on Inclusion in the Arts and Culture Sector, and making work that is accessible to both creatives and audiences alike is very close to my heart.

Technical Stage Manager
As Technical Stage Manager I oversee all the technical elements of a production and ensure that quality is maintained for every performance. Mostly working in this role whilst on tour I am highly skilled at relighting, reprogramming and sound installation. I have experience working on all scales of production, from 3 desk lamps and a Qlab file, to a 30 fixture rig with 5 speaker set up. Often in this role I am also responsible for operating the show too, and am extremely capable of operating both lighting and sound on complex shows. I have operated 270 lighting cues in 50 minutes to original music, as well as cues to fights and dance choreography. I volunteer on the sound and broadcast team at my church so also mix live sound and operate cameras.
I can use all ETC desks, Zero 88 desks and Jesters, as well as being able to work at heights, rig and do basic rewiring.
I can use most digital and analogue sound desks, as well as Ableton and Qlab.
I also have experience with projection through Qlab and basic pyros.

Deputy Stage Manager
As Deputy Stage Manager I run the rehearsal room, technical rehearsal and call the show's cues. I have minuted production meetings, created rehearsal and show reports and begun setting and running lists for other members of the team. I have called lights, sound and fly cues, as well as a mix of calling and operating. I am extremely good at creating the book, in such a way as I can pass the production on to someone else if needed.

Assistant Stage Manager / Props Supervisor
As Assistant Stage Manager I source and make props, often managing the budget alongside this. I have worked on both modern and period pieces and am able to effectively research the style of the piece to produce the appropriate props. I have run wings during performances and assisted with quick changes too.
